✓Wear resistance and anti-extrusion: The pneumatic tires for construction machinery have high pressure and can bear heavy loads. Our cushion belts have been thickened at the center and edges, which can effectively cushion the huge pressure between the rim and the inner tube, preventing the inner tube from being punctured due to the intrusion of sand and debris.
✓Superior heat and ageing resistance: The 16/70-24 cushion belts use heat-resistant formulas and are less likely to harden, become brittle, or stick to the inner tube under continuous high-load operation. The surface temperature in Egyptian mines and construction sites is extremely high, and mechanical equipment operates for a long time, generating high heat. However, this cushion belt can solve the problems of internal heat and ageing.
✓Precise valve hole reinforcement: Construction vehicles frequently experience jolts and have high torque. The valve holes are most prone to tearing.
