✓ Heavy Duty 8-Ply Reinforcement: Built with 8 layers of high-tensile cross-weave fabric. Specially engineered to withstand massive air pressure and severe impacts on overloaded trucks and heavy commercial vehicles.
✓ 7-Inch Size for Severe Cuts: The 128*128mm dimensions are ideal for repairing non-repairable large punctures, sidewall splits, and deep section cuts on heavy-duty nylon tires.
     Simple Application Guide 
1. Inspect & Clean: Locate the damage, clean the area thoroughly, and buff the inner liner slightly larger than the 128*128 mm patch.
2. Apply Cement: Apply an even layer of cold vulcanizing fluid/glue and wait until it is tacky.
3. Paste & Roll: Apply the patch and use a heavy stitching roller firmly from the center to the edges to completely eliminate all air bubbles.
